Not at all, whatever the plants like best is what I look for :) i did originally intend on mh for veg and hps flower but got told to use a dual hps start to finish as it makes no difference really and the girls like a bit of blue in flower?

Thanks for your reply, if I go with the 400 will an air cooled hood or a cool tube solve any heat issues? If so is there much difference between these two in terms of functionality? I think I would lean more towards the tube as it is more compact? thanks again

Hi guys my grow cab is 2.5x2.5x4ft high and can't decide on the lights, should I get 250 or 400 watt hps, I plan to do a two plant scrog so in that space will I benefit much from the 400 over 250? heat may be an issue so with 400 I will have to use an air cooled hood, would that be necessary...
