It should be true to some extent. You dont need the penetration that a 600w provides when vegging, but certainly when flowering.

Bagseed! Where I live you won`t easily come by seeds as they are illegal. So shooting for whatever they will yield. But it looks to be enough to last a while. Maybe I will upload a pic in the future, but not sure. I would love to show of those top buds, as they are gigantic! Haha..

No advice for you, but I have a 400 watt Lumatek in a dr90, and very short from harvesting, and I already envy you with the 600watts. Prepare for some monsters! Been running 2 plants myself, hempy buckets (10ltr) but could have probably had 1-2 more, but I let them grow how they wanted. Next...

Change it for a digital :o Sorry, but couldn`t help it. Had a magnetic ballast years ago, and when I bought not too long ago, I went dimmable digital. Doesn`t make a sound. Probably not what you want to hear... But I have the same problem as you, just it`s the fan :cry:

just to add in for the Lumatek 400, not a sound, which was one of the most important aspects for me to start.

Dont remember where I read it, but if the perlite/vermiculite is in bags, cut some holes in the bottom, and spray with a showerhead/other thing, and end of problem. The holes in the bottom is for drainage..
