if you had a small setup of a light with a girl just for consumption how would you handle this setup?

i have 2 rooms that are connected to one another. I hear a buzzing sound while sleeping from the room next to me which i believe is the equipment. is there any kind of work I can do to get rid of the buzzing sound?

thanks all

Change it for a digital :o
Sorry, but couldn`t help it. Had a magnetic ballast years ago, and when I bought not too long ago, I went dimmable digital. Doesn`t make a sound. Probably not what you want to hear...
But I have the same problem as you, just it`s the fan

But fans in sound boxes, use duct mufflers, digital ballast is a lot better, egg crate foam or sound proof drywall. Check for air leaks, chase down the sounds and fix em.
