Add looks like it needs more light to that list :mrgreen: If you really want to keep those plants going get two pots and some decent soil and repot them both (bury them up to the first leaf set to deal with some of the stretching) then move your lights closer or get better lighting.

Dont set time frames and what not on watering, go by what it needs. If the top inch of soil if pretty dry then it needs water if its moist it doesnt. If you dont like guessing you can buy a little meter that shows moisture level for 3 or 4 bucks.

As the plant grows it sometimes will push the seed up. No worries, as the leaves open up the seed shell will fall off. -Z
