my plant wasnt watered for almost 24 hours becacuse i went to a party straight out of school and came home to fucked up. and i woke up and i rushed to water it but the seed is above the dirt now.. there is a nice stem coming along but im not sure if the seed shell should be cracked open above the sureface.
any help would be apreciated:?

As the plant grows it sometimes will push the seed up. No worries, as the leaves open up the seed shell will fall off.

Dont set time frames and what not on watering, go by what it needs. If the top inch of soil if pretty dry then it needs water if its moist it doesnt. If you dont like guessing you can buy a little meter that shows moisture level for 3 or 4 bucks.

I normally wouldn't water the plant for up to a week sometimes. Having dry oxygen rich soil is just as important as getting water once in a while. Think in nature where these plants grow, it certainly doesn't rain every day in Afghanistan i can assure you, you will kill your plant by watering all the time.

Get all your dirt saturated with water, then don't water again until the pot is almost bone dry. Normal water schedule is 1-2 times per week.

keep the light close you dont want stretching
i never let my seedling or plants dry till they are almost bone dry
