Could it be that the carbonated water was far more oxygenated than the tap water? Plants love oxygenated water. Also exactly when were you spraying them. During light hours or before dark. Just curious. Also if your plants are outside aren't they already getting natural co2? You mentioned...

One more thing ... the desert has been getting much cooler at night. Be extra careful with them if your nights are getting to 50 or below.

Just a tip ... since autoflowers don't like to be transplanted, to help them through the change be sure to plant them outside in the same soil medium you have had them in up to now and hopefully the change won't stunt them.

Question you say you are using a 150w cfl. How many kelvins? When using cfls you need the 6500k during veg and the 2700k during flowering. Then you can add daylight cfls for side lighting and extra lumens.

Have you tried not changing the light style so much. Maybe if you just kept them under the cfl ... 20 on and 4 off she may pick it up a little.

I was wondering about your perlite as well. The way I read it you added 1 part promix to 3 parts of soil that has perlite already mixed in. Please, correct me if I am wrong. In addition to your soil mix did you add any additional straight perlite? Just curious.

I need to correct some advice I gave you. Humidity needs to be no higher than 50%. A little under that is better. Over 50% can cause powdery mildew. As I learn more will keep you updated.
