Was going to go ffof just because that's what the local shop said would work from start to finish. Is that not good for seedling?

Seedlings cracked last Thursday 9/19. Had them under 2 26w 6500 & 2700 each. Currently just in solo cups w the jiffy pellets and MG soil, until I replant into FF soil. Had some heat problems so I threw a fan in there and took the 2700's out for now. Definitely needs better ventilation, to be...
