This is my first outdoorgrow(not first grow tho), I live in ny and am wondering when plants start to flower in northeast US, thanks for the help

i live in the northeast US, i already have some plants outside but i wondered if it were too late to start more plants that would only get a couple feet tall since the season has already started, i would like to have a bunch more smaller plants so i wouldn't have to worry about them gettin spotted

i guess it depends about the laws in your state, i personally feel that they would just chop down a plot with 6 plants....more feedback would help

not many threads in the outdoor section have their yields posted and its hard to find the ones that do show yields so this would be a nice thread to get started

would plugging all you lights into a powerstrip and then plugging the powerstip into timer plugged into the wall be a problem... if it is a probably i'll have to have a timer for each light?

the buds are small because the cfls can't cover a large plant light that unless it's surrounding the sides of the plant as well, and the hps will help a bunch in the final weeks

not close enough, you wanna have it as close as possible, within a couple of inches

i have an ok size box, its 4ft high, 4 long and 2 feet wide so i think i'll put it on the inside, it'll be airtight so i'm hoping i'll be running at good temps- thanks a bunch desert

alright thanks, Mr Marks- btw my jigsaw is broke which im fine with because i've built everything i just need a hole, and the hole saw will be perfect another question should i attach the fan on the inside of the box(so it would be pushing the air outside) or should attach it on the outside so...

somebody has to kno if a small hole will cut down on the ventilation too much

yea for sure, more bulbs = better plants, more lights the better

...not the 23w bulbs, i mean get rwo more 42w bulbs

yea that makes sense, i don't want to by another size hole saw if i don't have to, do you think it'll cut down significantly, enough to prevent a descent amount of ventilation

you probably only need to get one or two more light bulbs because those plants won't get very big with 12/12 from seed

i have a four inch hole in my grow box, would putting a four and 1/2 inch fan begind it for exhaust be a problem?
