Week 3 of flower under the mars hydro ts3000 in soil

Just wondering if anybody has any knowledge around the mars hydro ts3000 LED lights and wether or not I should bother using the dimmer function or just run 100% through the whole grow, what do you guys think?

I could get the ac but it would look to suspicious to neighbours it’s not an area where people tend to have or be able to afford ac lol I could get co2 in each room no problem and perhaps a standing ac unit for inside the rooms?

here’s a rough blueprint it’s a large room sectioned into 2 each side has a 10”fan and filter 4” passive intake on each side currently I plan to run 2 x 6/750de gavita in each side So 4 in total however altering on and off during 12/12 so when 1 room comes on the other goes off

You think 6-8” passive will be ok it’s a 9foot by 4.5foot room

I’m still confused lol

What would you use for in? 4? Or passive?

Atm the room sits at around 18celsius or so naturally
