I'd say 4x4 at least. I think the 2x2 tents are just for cloning and keeping babies alive until they make it to your large tent. but that's just my opinion

Do yourself a favor and get rid of the led when you flower. Actually, I wouldn't use them at all unless I'm trying to keep clones alive. Go with MH then HPS for flowering. That's just my preference though.
