Here Is The Grow Lights I Will Be Ordering. Figure as long as its cold outside to just put the ballast out thier "and out of the elements of course". would that do anything to it? like being too cold?

just figured if i buy these i can get 2 lamps for the price of one, eben if i have to built it. heh
