1 > 3 > 7 > 11 bladed leaves?

I have 6 plants of the same strain, most of them are growing evenly and look like the same pheno, but one looks distinctly different from the rest.

It's staying alot shorter than the rest with very tight node spacing and super thick leaves. I also noticed this plant grew 3-bladed leaves and went straight to growing 7-bladed leaves instead of 5. It also skipped growing 9-bladed leaves and now has 11-bladed ones. Is this a genetic/strain thing? I've never seen it before and my other plants are growing normal.
