Well, it's probably not going to grow anything but that one leaf unless he's lucky and there's more to the growth tip than it looks like there is... but if the growth tip can recover he could turn it into a 7 foot monster, anything is possible if the growth tip is in tact...
My seed popped up 16 days ago and man is she effn big, I wish you all the luck with ur next bean...buddy this is my first grow also, so I recommend you download a PDF of the "grow bible" and "marijuana basics" and start reading, cuz man the probs are just starting, and I wish I was joking, but for a n00b it's trial and error and good/bad advice..
I'd be surprised if that little freak turns into a plant. Probably cut itself off while growing out of a half open seed (or did you impatiently remove it manually?) Kill it and start over, a new one would catch up with this abomination.
