Any pics? They could be stunt because of the light. They could be stunt because of the transplant that early and that big of a tub.

One month in?? Your problem is OVER CARE! Biggest noob mistake. We all want our plants to be Perfect, but it's just not a realistic approach to a weed. Treat it like a weed, and it shall grow like one. What I'm gathering from your first post is a little over kill.....that's ok, we've all done it. But back it off and follow these tips for next time.
1. A clone starting or a seed in a 6" pot is fine, but leave it there for the whole month. or at least 3 weeks min, let the roots fill it up without binding too much. Then transplant into FINAL container....no sense in having an extra step in there unless your using those (root break) methods. Plants bounce back within 48 hours TOPS from a transplant. Be sure to water in the newly transplanted girls.
2. You don't need any nutes in the first month if you started with good soil. You won't need any nutes 1-2 weeks after transplant either, however you can start mildly. The plants just don't need to be jacked for accelerated growth....climatic and light conditions are the true pushers of fast growth. Nutes every third watering is a good idea once you begin.
3.WATERING. Drench, and Dry up. Yup Soak out your soil well, and let Almost all of the water leave it. And repeat. It helps develope strong roots. The time inbetween waterings will vary on conditions, so pay close attention to your grow's specifics and taylor accordingly. Plants will bounce back in less than an hour from a dorught, but can take weeks to recover from over watering.
4.Nutes....KNOW when to use em. Use them sparingly enough with soil, and you should never have PH issues, soil is forgiving.
5.Lighting. 600W IS for sure pretty intense for a young plany like that. If you must use it try backing off a little more at first. And ya expect the delays in growth concidering the situation. Let it stabalize and it'll take off. Stop giving it stuff, and almost turn your back on it for a bit, and you'll be amazed when you come back. This i promise you.

just checked your pics, Deffinently over care.....and way far behind for a month in. I have 2 plants one month in. With no nutes and nothing special. And the are 3 times yours there. And fully healthy greens. Nothing but soil and water. And lights of course.
