a wutz up guys. well to start off i have these 6 plants that i started growing from seeds there bubba kush plants. they started growing juz fine n then i noticed that there sarting to look like shit. i have 3 big ones that look healthy but i noticed one of them iz getting white spots. then the 4th plant next to it is smaller and has many white spots. and the other 2 plants are growing all retarted. im not sure whats wrong with them. i noticed one day when i watered them i seen a bunch of little white things jumping around so i sprayed a bug killer for plants 2day. and for the past week its been getting cold. there also not getting any nutrients cuz i havent found any good stuff there only getting a .02-.02-.02 rite now. but i also dont wanna buy expensive nutrient and they turn out to be males. someone plz help me out. ill try to post some picz cuz im new to this so it might take time

sounds like white flies, you can get the traps to catch lots of them but also make sure you get good air flow and keep the plants moving so the flies do not settle. They are normally parked underneath the leaves sucking the juice out. The flies may have come from the soil you are using. Its probably time to start feeding them a bit more that NPK is for seedlings and they should be old enough now to take more nutes. Lets see what others have to say but I think you are not feeding enough, without pics its hard to say.

If they are spider mites make a 1/1 solution of Isopropyl alcohol and water. Spray the plant down.... They are all dead in the morning, adults, young ones and eggs. If you have some Everclear that works even better. 
Don't forget to wipe the bottom of the leaves with a clean paper towel.
No need for expensive chemicals...holistic is better.
What soil are you using? Please don't say Miracle Grow
