Just chucking my 2 cents in. My first 'pc' grow, was tackled on nowt but 3 x 2700k 23w bulbs. I pulled just under an ounce from her by the end of it. Sure, everyone'll keep chiming in sayiny 'you need more lights', 'you need more room', but if you're seriously just after sitting down with some mates and having a good few tokes off the back of your green fingers. I'd say you're good to go, as long as you go careful.
As most others have said, I'd defo recommend LST, it's the way forward for a one plant grow.
Have a ganders at my first grow if you like, it's a bit of a hatchet job, and I made endless mistakes... But the current grow, I'm aiming high, hopeing for somewhere in the range of 2oz off essentially the same budget setup.
