1 seed leaf. Prolonged germ. Questions!

Hello, all! My first Fem. White Widow that I germinated had some sort of issue as it grew above ground. It seemed as though 1 of the 2 seed leaves didn't survive and shribbled up on day 1 of its life after germination. I believe this caused a big stunt in growth. Day 1 was recorded as Dec. 22nd and even after 4 days on Dec. 26th, there was no sign of the next set of leaves. Unfortunately I didn't record the date of when the next leaves sprouted up. It had to of been a couple/few days after day 4 of seedling. My question is this: What day should I use as my official Day 1? Happy to show you how far it's made it with a pic from today Jan. 14th.

Forgot to mention it seems like my plant has whorled phyllotaxy and is growing 3 fan leaves per node! Pretty weird plant thus far.

Some people wait one week after it breaks soil some people call day one when it breaks soil up to you really

Thanks for your input! I'm stumped because the one seed leaf was all that was on the stem for at least 5 days with no sign of true leaves growing. Because of that stunted growth would you consider day 1 before or after the true leaves revealed?

Up to you. Wherever you want to start counting. There's no shame in counting that one from pop, even if it's stunted. It's a mutant. That's cool enough.
