1 week old plant, bagseed, input?

This is my baby after one week of work. i dont think its too bad the tip of the biggest leaf is pure yellow which my botanist friend told me that it was due to over watering so i have been controlling this as best i can and soon a transplant is needed. what would be the best way to transplant do you think. and overall what do you think of the plant so far? its pretty tall already. i know that my friends mom's bagseed i used has some really dank shit from cali, canada, and florida. so it could be very good :]

looks ok, but what is the blue thing in there? Hope its not that plant food shit that might be why the leave is yellow its to young for that.

looks ok dont give it any nutes just distilled water or tap water thats been sitting at least 24 hrs.
also, do you have a fan on it? the stem looks crooked. fan will help strengthen it and keep it cool. very important
