idk much but it seems these seedlings should be bigger...how big are your seedlings at 10 days???
10 day old seedlings only 1.5" wide are they garbage???

U may need a different grow medium im not sure Perlite has much nutrition if any at all that will help your plant i think u should take and very gently take and trans plant that into some good fox farm soil in that same pot and you will see alot better results... im not a big fan of 100% Perlite.. works good for keepn roots healthy for a lil on my clones but not for a seed needs jus a lil more than the Perlite can offer.. and if you are gona do the transplant do it soon befor to much more root zone is created and it may stress it to much but if you carefull u can do it.... seeing as u dont wana have to throw it away lol it will help u alot down the road too.....

Or vermiculite lol need some soil with some nutrients in it will make things go much simpler for you trust me on that

Yea you can strat in rockwool cubes too jus plant soon after they pop i like to jus use paper towel in a zip lock but im old school when it comes to startn my seeds

mine are small. i have white widow x bb and for them nearly two weeks tomoro there only the width of my palm. they even have there 5 finger leaf popping out. There in my dwc now and they slowed down a bit to put there roots down so im guessing, well hopeing that by week three they take off or there gona be some short ass plants hahaha
