10+ different strains, few problems.

Hello folks,
I have 10+ strains and few are showing yellow colour and burnt tips, on the flowering plants i noticed sudden yellowing of the top of the plant and old leaves first (maybe i missed where it started though), on mother plants i see the yellowing starting at the bottom of the plant.
The ones showing problems are delahaze, cheese, jack herer, and critical+ (this one started showing yellow leaves sooner and shes in the smallest pot, 7liter vs 11 liters), the soil has been the same since the first transplant.
Maybe it could be something related to the age of the soil, as if they depleted certain nutrients in the soil and im not delivering enough, since some of them are flowering plants, but also some mothers are starting to have this problem. The temps are usually high, around 30ºC. I feed all strains with the same nutrients (most do great).

Soil (all mix biobizz), water every 4-6 days, 1 only water/ 1 with nutrients, nutes per liter: hesi roots during veg 2,5ml, biogrow 1-1,5ml, biobloom 1-4ml, 1 drop supervit for every 4l, flora estimulant, pk13-14 (3-4 weeks before harvest) and molasses in flower stage. Mothers just biogrow 1-1,5ml, hesi roots and supervit.
I usually fert with the minimum recomendations, let them dry (sometimes a bit too much) before next watering and let some water sit at the bottom of the pots to be reabsorbed.

PH: 6-6,5. EC:1,5-2. EC tap water: 0.2. PH tap water: 7

Temp:29-30ºC 800-1200PPM CO2 RH 50-60%

Im still trying to get rid of fungus Gnats, there are a few, they shouldnt be the problem.

Some photos:
The ones under the HPS light are the moms, the rest are flowering.
All started from seed: 2/02/2015
Started flowering: 12/03/2015

I think they got better after last feed, i increased nutrient amounts. You can see the contrast in colour between fine plants and yellow plants, usually the older leaves are yellower than the new ones.

Thanks!

Some are under nuted ( N and Cal/ Mag )
Some are over nuted or heat burn.
Do not allow water to be reabsorbed by leaving water in saucers, it will allow the nute salts to be reabsorbed.
Some of it could left over damage from fungus gnats damaging the roots.( less roots the plant can not uptake nutes properly )
I would flush using 1/4 strength nutes, And foilar feed the yellowing plants with N and Cal/ mag.
You can foilar by being careful and only spraying the leaves.
And finish killing the gnats, yellow fly paper for the adults and pieces of potatoes placed on tape ( sticky side up ) on top of soil will catch the grubs.

hey, a lot of strains are sensitive to nutes I would seperate the ones getting bute burn them I would give them less nutes but dial it back for the plants to make sure u dnt burn anymore. start small n see what they like move up from there. good luck happy growing

Hello,
Thanks for the reply, can you tell me from the pictures which ones are under nuter or over nuted/heat burn?
Im using BTI for the grubs and loads of fly papers, im going to try the potato thing, i just place tape on top of the soil with the sticky side up, and on top of it a piece of potato? the potato needs to be in contact with the soil?

Regards.

No the potato just needs to be in the middle of the tape ( sticky side up ). Don't allow potato to touch soil otherwise it's just a free lunch.
They will find it..trust me...and as they crawl across the tape they get stuck.
I'll look at your pics again and give my opinion in numbered progression.
