10 weeks no gender

Hi, I'm currently on my 2nd grow with a dinafem white widow auto. No lights just going with natural light as I have a south facing bedroom which is a great temp in the day. The plant is 10 weeks old and is still not showing any sign of gender!! It is a really good size but I'm just confused! Here is a recent pic, any ideas would be great!!

You'd need to get some pictures closer to the nodes...can't tell from the looks of the pic....although if I had to guess id say male....do you plan to top or fim you seem to have quite a few notes already?

Not a free seed, purchased online. Thought about fording it but as it's an auto I don't think it will work. Will upload close up shortly. There are a couple of hairs coming through but nothing like I had this time last year. I used miracle grow soil and then after approx 4 weeks have dead it again with more. Not really sure in topping yet. Will take any advice really.

If your going to continue using natural light and hight isn't an issue then I wouldn't worry about topping or fimming

My only thoughts are that it cannot be an auto otherwise I would have seen something by now!! Here's the only node with anything on it, not really a lot to see. There are a couple of hairs about so has to be female.

The first pic looks like male parts? Banana and a claw...but could just be the pic it's a lil pixelated when you zoom in....as long as you see two white hairs coming out you should be alright.....then again I just pulled 3 hermies that had white hairs coming out of flower pods!

When growing by mother nature - your growing time is longer - not to worry - she will flower when her genetics says - YES !! lets flower now

Ok, well I have invested enough time to take her down so I will just have to wait and see. It's strange because I did a grow last year in identical conditions and she started flowering in 5 weeks!! The only difference is I have gone for a much bigger pot, was hoping for a bigger plant which I definitely got!!

If this is our white widow auto or any of our genetics it will be feminized. We dont do regular seeds and for 10 weeks in a auto should be finished regardless of light as they finish n any light cycle in 50-80 days strain dependent. You should see some preflowers around week 3-5 also strain dependent :)

Keep us updated mate

All the best

She looks great! I wouldn't worry and just let her flower when she is ready. If it is an auto, she is huge, you will be getting a good amount if you let her finish. Mad props.

So basically there is no chance of this being and auto? Have you ever heard of an auto taking this long?

So at a glance today there seem to be a few hairs!! Great news will update on progress. On a less positive note some of the leave are starting to get a small amount of burn on the tips. Had a look and have seen heat and over nutes can be an issue. Cut the nutes right back and have increased the ventilation in the room to reduce heat, still continuing any other ideas?

High everyone . . .

I'm not a regular auto grower tbh, but I am testing some right now for a mate.

Is it possible, that the breeding genetics in this particular seed, lean far more towards White Widow than is does towards Ruderalis??
Giving it more of an appearance and showing traits of the White Widow as it grows?? Slight instability in the seed still perhaps?

I'm only asking this because I have 5 Little Dwarf Autos, from Zambeza, 20 odd days on, you simply can not tell that they are all the same strain, very different looks to them all to be honest . . . . . They are transitioning just fine at 23 ish days, but I have some tall ones, short ones, bushier ones . . . . .it's all overt the place . . . . .

Little Dwarf = White Widow x Ruderalis ;)

Just putting the thought out there.

What sort of PK dose did you give her, was it with the rest of the feeds??

Yeah, well it seems I have one White Widow Auto (Little Dwarf - Zambeza) out of my five that has not shown any signs of flowering yet, unlike the four other sisters . . . . .

I hope it doesn't take ten weeks to start . . . . . .
