10 weeks of flowering INDICA ???

Don't ever follow a time schedule on plants unless you've grown out that particular plant from clones over and over and know it. Just because a plant is Indica doesn't mean it's automatically a 8 week flower..that's only a generalization..I see too many people chop at 8 weeks with plants that aren't nearly done..9-10 wks seems to be avg for indica's...10-14 for sativas..but again a generalization..you can get the same strain with different phenos, one pheno might be an 8 week, one could be a 10 week..but they are both the same strain. One thing i do is to not count the first week of 12/12..I consider it a transition week..not part of the flowering cycle..i generally end up harvesting closer to breeder stated times this way.
