Recently I've been using a 250watt HPS system I bought for flowering to help vegging plants recover from transplantation.
I've just noticed that there is a sticker on the light fixture that says it is designed for a 100watt bulb in a horizontal position there is also another sticker that says the fixture is for vertical use only.
I bought it from a good hydroponic shop, had a lot of communication with them before I ordered it...I'm thinking that the fixture may be able to take a 250watt bulb when in a vertical position, just a theory.
In the meantime would you suggest to stop using it?
Cheers
