1000w 2 plants SCRog, -PITBULL- 1st timer^^

OK so i have tried everything for a NIt def.....so im only left with a possible Cal/mag issue....
So im considering waiting until lights out and spraying with Epsoms salt solution or going to get some dolomite lime, or just some cal/mag...

what you guys think?

I used epsom salt and it worked great... I didn't foliar spray though, just 1 Tbls to 1 gallon H20.

It doesn't turn your leaves back to green, but it does stop it from continuing, after like 2 or 3 good waterings I was able to get back on my normal feeding schedule.

It may work for ya if your problem was the same as mine... Good Luck...

i have been using tap water that i de/clorinate and Ph to 6.5

Actually I just use one of those PUR water filter pitchers, takes my tap water at 7.4 and comes out at 6.5... about 5.5 after adding my nutes...

I use this for watering my ladies (just fill up a couple empty gallons at a time) and also for my everyday drinking water supply lol. It's awesome.

I've honestly never tried dolomite lime... but I only hear good things. I'll pick up some someday.

I'm always looking for the cheap solution... $1.99 for the epsom salt is a steal IMO.

I picked up a bag of lime from home depot for like $8. It's enough to treat 10-3gal pots at least 4-5 times depending how bad the soil is off.

Ok so after trying to fix my yellowing issue its only getting worse, plus i have over watered><
id love to do Woodsmans idea, but im flat ass broke. As in, i only have what i have to try to fix it.
I have 5 gallons pots to transplant then etc, since they are probably outgrowing those 3.7 g pots. Im really not sure what to do, almost all the lower leaves are yellow as fuck....
in reading it could be a zinc issue, but all its says it to flush the plant and im not sure why that would fix it...... seems like it would only take away the nutes already there..... confused over that.

Im at a loss boys.... Im just trying to figure out what i have done wrong, and fix it. Ill prolly do hydro after this, but i will have to finish this as is for better or worse. Hoping for better

Nutrient Problem Solver Chart

This handy chart is a guide to determining the possible problems with your marijuana plants when it comes to fertilizer problems. Diagnose the problem very carefully. Do not make major changes to your plants feeding schedule. Instead slowly correct the problem to determine if diagnosis is correct.
Start Here
1a) The problem only affects the bottom and middle of the marijuana plant. Go to #2.
1b) The problem is affecting the upper top of the marijuana plant and leaf tips. Go to #10
1c) The problem is affecting the whole marijuana plant. Go to #6
2) Marijuana leaves at the bottom and middle of the plant are drooping, yellowing, then dieing. Leaf are not curled up. Vegetative growth is very slow. Possible problem is lack of Nitrogen. If not go to #3.
3) Some leaves are curled up or worst twisted oddly. Leaf is yellowing (and maybe turning brown), but the veins remain somewhat healthy green. Possible problem Magnesium. If not go to #4.
4) Brown dead patches around the edges of some of the leaf, which may also be curled. Marijuana plant may be growing too tall. With big gaps between brackets. Possible problem Potassium (K) deficiency. If not go to #5.
5) Leaves and stem are dark green or red/purple. Leaf falling off plant. Growth is slowed and leaves are small. Possibly problem Phosphorous (P) deficiency. If not go to #6.
Signs of Too Much Fertilizer
6) Marijuana plant looks healthy, but leaves are turning yellow, brown then falling off. Possible problem too much fertilizers, over-watering, or insufficient soil aeration. Cutback on fertilizer feeding. Flush marijuana plant with clean water. Check to see if roots are damaged or become a ball. Drive a stake around the edge to create air flow. If not go to #7.
7) Leaves are curled under like a ram's horn, and are dark green, gray, brown, or gold. Possible problem over-fertilization. If not, go to #8.
The plant is wilted, even though the soil is moist. Possible problem over-fertilization, burned roots from too much fertilizer, root bound, marijuana plant disease. If not go to #9.
9) Marijuana plants won't flower, even though they get 12 hours of darkness for over 2 weeks. Possible problem is light leaking into the grow room. Too much nitrogen, pruning or cloning. If not, go to #10
10) Leaves at top of marijuana plant twist turn brown then die. The lights are too close to the plant

As I only skimmed threw this grow journal, I may be off base. So I apologize in advance.

If I were in your position, I'd pop for some nice Dr Earth or Fox Farms soil. I'd also buy some 5+gal buckets, maybe two 7gal wide buckets to let the roots really explode, and a bag or 2 of some premo soil. Also pick up some Dr Earth All Purpose fert (4lb box) and mix in a cup when u transplant. I don't know what your airflow situation is, but another box fan will always be beneficial.

Soil - 1.5-2.0 cubic ft bag. 1x bags - $20~
New pots - 5-7 gals. 2x pots - $10~
Dr Earth Fert - 8-10 per box, 1x box - $10~
Total for 3 items - $40~

So for around 40 bucks, I think you can solve your current dilemma.

ok a few Quick tips that might help an !! ORGANIC!! farmer, 1 remember organic is time release, adding microbes will speed up break down but will send your soil PH down faster which promotes lock outs , which could be the current problem, so if your sure you got nuff microbes and fertz in the soil , test for Ph and fix it accordingly , if you don't wanna get a ph metter, DOLOMITE lime is a good fix for soil PH, it has a ph at nearly nutral so if the soil is acidic it takes it up and if its Alk it takes it down. 2 since organic is time release and your fighting a nute deff lots of water is not to good, it leaches the little nutes the plant has from the slow break down, so if your making it rain or flushing multiple times and you are now sure there is no salt build up. stop drenching the soil. 3 if you can't find a solution soon and need something to slow the deff you can do foliage feeding, it will help slow down cannibalizing but is not fix. 4 MICROBES, get em make sure your soil is full of benefitial microbes, all that smelly shit is useless if its not being broken down. hope this helps . Ya my water out of the tapo is a straight 7.0. so i add a bit of PhDown to get it closer to 6.5 and i leave it out for an hour or so to evap any chlorine.

However...the issue isnt getting better its getting worse. More yellow, some dying leaves, and curling. Since i have been using alot of nutes last few weeks, im flushing them today with 5 gallons each.
And i will be transplanting into 5 gallon HomeDepot bucket tomorrow.
The only def it might be is Nit or Mag it seems.... so i have bee using alot of those, but its not gotten better only worse...so flushing seems logical.
Im super afraid they are dying and Fubar. Will they produce shitty buds now that they are this bad???
