Looking good. I went with the 1000w because research told me it's perfect for my 4x5x7 closet. I have a Hydrofarm 400CFM in-line fan and never had a heat issue under the lamp. I also have 2 10" oscillating fans since they've gotten big. I can place my hand on the hood or the glass without burn. My temps run 77-82 with R/H 30-45%. Night temps drop to 63-67 and humidity jumps to 50%. As long as the heat is not too high I'd say you're fine. Not sure if you have an adjustable ballast. A couple of times, in the beginning, I had to go to 75% until I figured how to reduce heat without losing light. 750W is better than 600W!
They look good and they remind me of the stage where explosive growth was happening. Those lime green, new leaf growths, bring back memories. 10 days left here!!!
Keep up the good work!

I totally forgot to mention that this picture is kinda shitty first off and second of all was taken during the DARK period thats why my leaves were dropping... BUT is the lime green a good or bad thing??

does anyone know if the lime green is good or bad I thought it may be because they want CAL MAG?

More nitrogen will make them darker but be sure not to overdo it or get the claw. Also back off nitrogen bigtime in flower or get harsh bud.

Thank you Snaps (Stallone) I was told that by other source its more P & K in flowering mode yeah? I always thought the lime green was a sign of CAL MAG def so I was using that every feed but not water. ** Im using Botanicare line **

I couldn't tell from the picture. I thought those lime green leafs were new growth. I noticed the young leaves were very noticeable during my growth explosion. I may be chopping my NLB today!
Keep up the good work!

The NLB that I think is ready is going in 2 days, the White Widow about 10-12. Still has moisture in her soil after 8 days. The widows have been watered twice in that span, but she still looks great and her leaves are fine, so a couple more days. The widows have a smell that is intoxicating. Lemony pineapple pine...just awesome. Just updated my journal with a couple new pics of her buds.

Dude you should try an experiment and that is to put your room to total darkness for 48 hours and then chop I did that with just my 8 mile and when I took them out I noticed she really puffed up and got very resin-ated.. I believe it tricks them into thinking they are going in to survival mode and they start protecting themselves in return they start to produce more resin.. can anyone back me on this ??

I will do that with the 6 widows because they will all be done together and I can just leave them in the controlled grow room for a couple days of dark. The NLB gets chopped tomorrow and I don't have a place to keep her in the dark for an extended period. The R/H in my house is about 10% so anywhere but the grow closet will be too dry. I have one humidifier and it's dedicated to the grow room.

By the way, just to show the stretch after going 12/12, here's my final measurements on my widows. The NLB flowered on day 24 and went from growth explosion to no vertical growth in a few days! The widows caught up to her and then some. First number is the plants height at the start of flowering, second number is todays height and increase in inces since flowering is last. Hope that data helps anyone wondering how big the widows get.

Okay RIU'ers, I thought I would update my thread and leave some photos 3 weeks into bloom, Again I'm struggling with the Cal MAG def (I Think) I'm using exactly what the bottle recommends (Botanicare Line) and I'm noticing more and more LIME GREEN LEAVES that were once Darker Green .... Why is this happening? and is this something that could ruin what I've worked for ? a Thanks and ANY feed back is greatly appreciated .... HG -ch33b ;)20140308_134612.jpg20140308_134615.jpg
