no you can get a pound from a 1000 watt thats 1/2 gram per watt
people get 2 lbs per 1000w light.

you also can get 1 lbs

you also can get 1/4 lbs

it all depends on your skill as a grower. but there are growers out there getting 2 lbs per 1000w.

Soooo, how do you get 1g a watt? Im doin everything it seems. Even started messin around with some non-organic bloom enhancers.

it takes patience and practice. is your environment ideal for the plant in all aspects? do you understand the watering needs of the plant? do you know the specific nute requirements for the plant you're growing? are you using co2? do you have a nice yielding strain?

to get optimal results you must grow without causing any stress to the plant so it can thrive.

I use co2, ph every feeding, temps stay in the high 70's low 80's. My plants can be 10 inches from the light without stress. I have a 620 cfm fan and a thermal heat shield on the reflector(1kHPS). I water whenever the container feels light or the surface dirt is completely dry. I usually get about 1 oz per plant if vegged to 12"-18".

do you use a co2 regulator and monitor to keep 1500ppm co2 during day and off at night? do you run a closed system or do you have an exhaust fan running constantly? co2 is an excellent addition to a system that is already perfected but if you have any other part of your grow that is bottlenecking everything then you won't really see the advantages to using co2. to clarify, you'll only see the benefits to co2 if other aspects of your grow are flawless.

what kind of soil are you growing in? what kind of nutes are you using? are your plants showing any sign of nute burn (burnt tips or a solid green stem?). if you overfeed a plant it will never be able to express it's full potential.

what kind of strain are you growing? is it a known high yielder? if you think you are doing everything right then you could just have a low yielding strain.

answer those questions and we'll go from there...

I use a co2 boost bucket. Dont have a regulator but I have it on a timer. For soil I use coconot with an amendment or I buy organicare pure earth or roots organics. Use organic nutrients. Pura vida grow 6-4-4 and bloom 2-6-6, flora nectar 0-0-1, gravity and purplemaxx.

Will a mover on a 1k increase yield over area, In other words. Could I have 10 plants the same size under the mover rather than 6 plants the same size as the (10) stationary. I thought I have heard for some that movers decreased yields by 25% and some say it increased yeilds by 25% or more

Please help?
