100S for 150W HPS kit?

Hi, I just went to the store and found a security light that include a 150W HPS bulb and the ballaste for 100$ +tax.
Is this a good price or should I continue looking?

Its for a 2'x2'X4' growbox.

I would buy used on craigslist for much cheaper get a 250w hps for that space

I found some Rudd security lights on Ebay used for $5 shipped. I snagged one and wish now I had gone with the 250 setup. The magnetic ballast in the security light hums like crazy and makes a fair amount of heat.
