11 on 13 off?

IME I use 11 on and 13 off with some of my heavy sativa strains that seem to take longer to flower with the lights set at 12/12. I find that it works better at keeping the stretch down as well on some of the strains that I run. Otherwise on all of my other gear I run 12/12 with the exception of my heavy indicas because I find that 13 on and 11 off works to help them stretch a little more. Also keep in mind with these times that I veg under flourescent and MH at 19/5 which I use because it works well for me and I feel like this helps the transition better but I have no evidence to support this. I'm pretty sure he wants his harvest to finish faster. This can be achieved through water starvation and lesser amounts of light. But don't expect the buds to be very dense unless you had great flower growth early on. But some people actually prefer fluffy dank'y buds. Which is what happens using this technique.
