ive been checking the trichs daily from different buds and different spots like top and middle...not many ambers yet but i will wait until theres 50 percent....a friend of mine actually bought the tubes with a setup a long time ago from high times magazine....he had to quit for a bit and let me use them...but honestly i did notice as big difference in bud mass an growth com pared to the flood and drain...the tubes worked way better....but im not going to use them again due to the hassle of all the little tubing and possible leaks and stuff...too much for the the ebb and flow is much easier....how often should i of been flooding the table...i was doing it every three hours because thats how long it took the root to start to dry out...id be curious to see what other floodding methods are used my rollitup members...share!!!
Bro I am using Steath Hyrdo Bubble Ponics...first grow

i run an ebb/flow system with hydroton as a medium - i flood once every hour while the lights are on... i only flood until the water hits a point i specify, then drain immediately - but 12 times a day during flower... this is more than i've heard of anyone else running, but the girls like it ;-)

well, they are supposed to dry up a little bit... but they wont dry up real fast with no lights on... i flood once right before the lights go off... but watering during lights off is not normal... most people dont do it, and the plants dont use it.

Quite right, and exactly the way I do it, just before bed time and 5 mins after lights on for a big breakfast!

First off great grow, Im impressed. I hope your yeild is what you expected. Im curious on how you attached the drip tubes to your PVC pipes. Did you drip constantly or give them any time without water? Im in the process of building a similar system using 3" PVC and 2" net posts. Any info that might help would be useful. Feel free to PM me some specs. Thanks IGG

a buddy of mine got them from high times a while ago...each side has a sort of cap and the one side thats over the res has a little hose to drip back into the res and is slightly elevated for the drip....than i used half inch tubing from the pump down the middle...poked little holes for the t barbs...for each set of plants i used one t barb...than i used spaghetti tubing from the t barb to the drip fitting and than used a drip stake to hold it in the side of the baskets....your local hydro shop will have all the fittings and stakes...mine did...i will never do it again because of all the tubing and trouble...didnt like the setup...flood and drain is way easier!!!

Thanks for the info, and tip about the Flood and Drain. A Flood and drain would certaily be easier to build and keep up.

Great work i think the new white hairs are normal . Mine were starting to turn brown/red early but new ones come out on top to keep the flower looking fresh !
