So stupid me just realized that my timer has had the light come on for 12 and 1/2 hours of light. So my (girl?) is flowering but will this effect things or will me changing it to 12 hours now mess things up?

Going from 12 1/2 to 12 isn't going to make much of a difference. Your talking 30 mins. If anything, the plant will think it's in sept. Fell free to go to 12/12 at anytime or stay at 12 1/2.

I agree with whats posted above except I would change to 12/12 to give your plants the added rest time. Some tasks are performed when the lights are on and others when the lights are off. An equal balance in on/off time helps assure the plant has all the time it needs to get things done with ample time left over during each phase to rest.

it doesnt matter very much, the thing that triggers plant to flower is the decrease in the light cycle, it doesnt gotta have exactly 12 hours of dark to flower.
