12/12 from seed? +rep

I hope that I am not annoying anyone with all these recent threads, but where else do I turn to if I need help?...You guys!!!(Thanks) If I started a plant from seed and immediately gave it 12/12, what would happen. I know it will grow, but can someone with experience explain to me the process that it goes thru before harvest. Does it skip veg, does it show the sex right away and etc. I already have 9 plants in veg, but I want to try and do a few 12/12 from seed. I know that this isn't ideal, but like I said I already have 9 plants that are going to give me more than what I need...lol CAN SOME GIVE SOME ADVICE....???

It will veg until it is sexually mature then it will show signs of sex. I have one going like this and she is healthy. It grew about 20 days then it showed its sex.

How much do you think you will get from it? After it shows sex, then it just goes the normal 60-70 days flowering?

you will be lucky to get an 1/8th. what i would do is throw like 6 plants in a big pot if youre gonna flower as soon as it sprouts. just an idea, i wouldnt imagine each plant would get taller than maybe 7 or 8 inches. it would be like a little mini garden of single buds

yield will mostly be dependent on lighting.

but no you won't get nearly as much as if you did a few weeks of veg.

i dont know why u would want to start 12/12 right off the bat u might as well get your self a auto flowering lowryder that will flower on it's own by keeping it on one light cycle ,,, but starting a seedling 12/12 right off the bat u prolly most likely gonna have some small ass yields and small ass plants..

i started a clone on 12/12 right away and its just a midget motherfucker but its prolly got a half ounce on it its in my jounal click my sig

yeh i agree, if u wanna flower from seed to get it done fast buy some autoflower seeds next. Usually finish in like 10 weeks from seed and u can get more than an ounce off 1 plant if u do it right.

So otherwise, how long will it take to grow if I dont have auto-flower seeds?

i dont know how long it would take im guessing maybe 2 months if your doing 12/12 str8 from seed growing a regular strain

yea u skip the whole veg stage ...if u doing 12/12 from seed u started flowering ... but if u gonna do that jus let it veg for like 2 weeks then start flowering

I have some plants now that are at 15 days from seed. They only have a few nodes.. I ve never really started flowering until after 30 days, so i just dont undertstand where the weed is gonna grow since there are no bud sites...can anyone help me better understand this?

I started mine straight off from 12/12, it was 2 feet tall when it started to actually start showing flowers, took around twenty days. Doing just fine.Might be considered small to some but when around 2 feet tall is all the room you have it can be perfect for some.

I am saying the plant grew for around 20 days before it showed signs of sex, presumably it was vegging or it had to grow some before it was mature enough to flower. Once it showed its sex, it was 2 feet tall. From what I can tell so far, the flowering time will probably be the same regardless. Mine is fine but still has a ways to go.

Take it from someone doing 25 done 12/12 from seed. Here's the FACTS:

If done 12/12 from seed your plant will go through 5-7 days of veggitative growth. After it accumulates enough sexual(flowering) hormones, it will start to flower. At around 16-21 days, they will show you their balls or not. Now, I did bagseed with 50 originals so. I had some be sexed a lot earlier at only 5 inches. While others took over a month to sex and where almost 2 feet at sexing. So picking a good strain for this would seem critical if you are hoping for a good yeild.

They will not only be 8 inches at harvest. That ludachris! It's a weed, and they grow like one! I have litterally tied my girls in a knot before, and they still grow. I had a bud, looked just like a pretzel years back.

I've also done as much research on the subject of 12/12 from seed as can be done. Not to many people doing it out there. Because it is a little of a waste. But from the few I did find they reported around an oz or so from each plant done 12/12 from seed. So, I am aiming for that. With the right strain this is absolutely possible.

It's a little to early for me to tell you a good guess at yeild. But my smallest girl is only 10 inches. I'm expecting about 20grams from her dry. She smells so dank too.
My tallest is at 29 inches. But still early in flower. I stagered the harvest a bit.

No here's my advise: Don't do it. You'll be disappointed. This was an experiment for me to try a lot of different growing techniques. 12/12 from seed was my attempt to rush the expirement. I wasn't expecting shit so I am pleasantly surprised. But if your hoping for weight, this is not the way. Unless you had A LOT of them. I would seriously advise around 2-3 weeks of veg from seed if you wanna be happy with your hard work. That will still accomplish short plants.

If vertical feet is your concern, consider a SCROG. If it's a fast harvest you want. Then look into cloning, and a perpetual harvest may be for you. But don't let me discourage you. Nothing is better than personal expierence. It will still take around 3 months though so you might as well do some vegging. If you have your mind set on it. Look for a good strain suited for the growth your looking for.

Here's some pics from my thread. Also, some other pics from another thread. This guy does the whole cycle in 24 oz bottles. Yeilds a little under an oz dry with 12/12 from seed. So don't believe the hype. You can smoke a girl grown 12/12 from seed just fine. Just not as long as one that was vegged. I haven't heard anyone comment on comparable potency though. Follow my thread and I will, post such info.
