12/12 light INTERUPTED!!!!!!! HELP!!!!

I had to go into my grow room to do some things. The problem is that the time that I went into my room was during my plants 12 hours of sleep time. I was only in there for two minutes, with a small flash light. Do you think that I shocked/ stressedmy plants by exposing them to light? Any advice would be helpfull. Im a little nervous!!!! lol

shouldnt be a problem calm down a smoke a bowl. from what ive read u need a continuous light leak or need to interrupt it for a significant period of time. i just wouldnt make a habit of it l

Interrupting the dark cycle one time will not cause them to hermi. Just relaxs a bit. It will take more then that to hermi your plant(s).

You should invest in a green colored party light($3), it acts kind of like a Red light does in a photo developing dark room, Allows you to see enough to work but does not interrupt the plants sleep cycle. Plants do not see green light, they reflect it.
