Hello,i have been a member of roll it up for a few weeks and this is
my first post.i would like to know from any one who has made this
mistake.because my timer is broken i have been switching my light
on manually in the flowering period (The flowering started 15 days ago).
This time i switched my light of 3 and a half hours late making
the time that the light was on 15 and a half hours instead
of 12.
Does any one know if this mistake will affect the photo period,
if so will the plants go back into veg and will i have to wait
a few weeks for them to start the flowering process again.

(sorry if this question has been asked already and many thanks
in advance for your help)

get a new timer pronto! manual switching is risky and if you keep over running the 12 hours, will slow your plants right down! if only done the once dont panic, get to the hardware shop!

Hi,thanks for your reply.i forgot to mention that the plants have only been in the flowering period
for 15 days, would that make any difference.thanks once again.

Your absolutley FINE. You've recognised the problem, and are fixing it. The Plants aren't going to respond to ONE mistake. It would however over 3-4 days. Consistant on/off times are important to. So ya went too late one time, no big deal just start up again at normal starting time. Don't try to compensate, keep the schedual.

Also , it's a weed, don't get too caught up in all the stress hype. The number one plant killer and noob mistake is.....OVERCARE!

I will tell you dont worry what so ever. I actually give my plants a 24 hour shot around week 5 to shock them into more growth a bit so a couple hours wont change anything.
