can i go into my tent during the dark hours or does it need to be pitch dark? i pretty much have not even been going at all but i was just curious on what the deal is with that

try to stay out if you can. light that comes in during the dark period could stress and cause hermies. If you use a green light (because the plants reflect green light that's why they are green)I guess you can but I never have.
