12/12 to 20/4, When is safe...

I am just swiching to 12/12 to start flowering, what if my 2 big plants turn out to be male, and need removed. If I swich my young big bang back to veg (as they only have their 5 fingered leaves after their fan leaves just now) and plant my lemon skunk and critical, would it be safe enough to put them to flower on 12/12 again after 2-3 weeks back on veg, or would the stress likely turn them hermie?
Also would one 80w or 100w CFL be enough light to veg 2 plants in a foiled 40cm,50cm by 1m high cabinet for around 2-3 weeks?

Its something else everyday with this grow man. ARGHHH!!!!!!!!!!

wow i was just wondering this today! my scenario: 3 plants, about 2 days into 12/12. was wondering if 2 were male if i could do what your talking about so i can start some of my BlackJack Fems to throw into the mix....

I'm thinking as long as the plants aint been flowering long enough to get any flowers, 2 weeks tops maybe just to see sex it would be ok, but I dont want to chance it till I know for sure they'll be ok.
My plants are from feminised seeds, but from a cheap supplyer and another boy got 5/6 males from same place, so am a bit parranoid, also they are the only 2 that grew out of only 4 that germinated from 12 seeds!!
I read that Critical is recommended to veg for only 10 days in a grow tent due to final size, and lemon skunk does not bad 12/12 from seed, so if I have to do those 2 I might even put them in a small, foiled cabinet with a 20w cfl for 2 weeks or so. That should be enough light shouldn't it?
I really hope they are females though, 1 has an extra pair of branches growing from the bottom and is mega bushy and theyve been vegging for over 4 weeks now, so I would expect a good yeild.
