12/12 too soon?

Well...I have 12 plants, all which are atleast a foot in height, (smallest is maybe 10 inches), they haven't shown sex yet, and they're all about 7 weeks old from seed. would it be too soon for 12/12 or should i come on to 12/12 slowly like a 16/8 or 14/10? or even just keep it on 18/6 longer?, which for me isn't really an option, I plan to get a new house in the next month or so, so I was hoping putting them on 12/12 would speed things up by just a tad. Thanks

You can grow your plants 12/12 from seed if you like.

I've been reading about that actually, but my concern is, will my plant continue to get bigger, or just bud?

A plant will gain at least another 50% in height during flowering. Some pure sativas can triple in height.
