12 day old autos - pale green leaves

Two autos sprouted 12 days ago. Week one growth was strong, but have since seem stunted and leaves are turning pale. More info below on setup. From days of research I can't figure out what the issue could be. Potential nutrient lock? Overwatering? Light too intense? Are they really stunted? From other grow pics I've seen of 12 day autos they're easily 2x 3x in size.
Have grown successfully in the three years with Fox Farm Ocean Forest. First time trying a new soil. Understand ph needs to be kept around 6, but unsure why nutrient lock out is occurring with the feed I'm giving.
  • Medium: Nectar of the Gods #4
  • Feed: Tap water left out over night, ph down to 6
  • LED: 125w Samsung QB, about 3-5 inch from canopy
  • Light Schedule: 20/4
  • 3gal pots
  • Temp: 75-78
  • Humidity: 45-55% when humidifier is on, but does run out of water when I'm back from work and can go low to 25%

Isn't that stuff coco based? You might need to start with some light feeding.

Don't overwater with a plant that small in a pot that size.

Here's what it's made of: Washed Coco Coir Fiber, Alaskan Humus, Perlite, Yucca, Pumice, Diatoms, Worm Castings, Feather Meal, Fish Meal, Kelp Meal, Paramagnetic Rock, Limestone, Rock Dust, Mycorrhizae Fungi.

I do fear I may have over watered.

OK, well then you shouldn't need to feed anything. There's plenty in that mix to keep a plant fed for some time. I looked at the website but couldn't find a #3. Just saw some coco base mixes. Just keep an eye on the watering and you'll be fine.

Good luck

I used Nectar #4 for autos, uncut, for my first grow and it was way too hot. I stunted both plants.

I've tried twice more with it, first with the Nectar cut with 1/3 perlite, then with a mix of 1/3 very shitty, used up old potting soil, 1/3 perlite, and 1/3 Nectar. Only the last one didn't stunt the auto.

It's great soil with a stable pH, just too hot for autos started in their final pots. Cutting it with cooler soil (waaay cooler) and perlite worked well but anything more was overkill.

I'm now starting an auto in one third Nectar, one third perlite, and one third coco, to be top dressed with Nectar as needed - just to see if diluting it even more is better.

Really, really appreciate this response and now finally understanding what happened. Way too hot. Wish my local shop mentioned to cut it with at least perlite or another soil. Might try Nectar in the future but going back to FF for now.

FWIW, my mix of cool soil, Nectar, and perlite has been great. Super thick stems and fast growth.

It's cheaper than using the straight Nectar, too. Another plus is that you won't need to feed the plant at all for four or five weeks. I think you could get by with just bloom nutes when it gets to that point, plus a little Cal mag.

What's the cool soil you mix it with? What are your ratio's?

Back left, she was the runt of the tent, but ended as the biggest. Day 50.
You'll be fine.
I have Tangiematic running now, that was also slow but has started jumping up now.
