12 site ebb and grow

This is my first big grow. I've never gone to this extent. Feel free my knowledgeable forum friends to add your 2cents. Here is what I'm working with: 5x10 tent. 3 600w digital balast and tube hoods. 8" exhaust fan and charcoal filter. 4" exhaust fan and charcoal filter. C.A.P Ebb and Gro 12 site system. GH 3 part nutrients. I also got the recipe to success nutrient kit (came with the hydroponics system). I am waiting on the following to arrive: clay ball medium, ph pen, ph up and down, ppm pen. I am almost at capacity on my budget so I will not be using r.o :'( Stay tuned I will try to post pics of the current set up.

I will get my medium and ph pen and ppm pen ph up/down, then I will germinate and plant directly into the 12 sites. I have not started the germination as I want to make sure water and nutrient is balanced perfect. From what I understand is that the ph will raise or lower once the medium is in play, also consider that I dont have a way to measure the ph yet as well. So I'm going to wait a few days before I get to launch the system. My goal is to start germination near the end of the week. Until then I'm open to suggestions, tips, questions, anything.
