1200w Flood & Drain indoor

Finally trying out my ebb&flow system. Was suppose to put my clones from a dwc grow in my flood and drain system but had a epic cloning failure. Anyways these seedlings got got transplanted today.

Eight, 4 gallon buckets.
Hydroton for medium.
Two, 600w mh/hps lights. 18/6
General Hydroponics nutrients.

When I transplanted these seedling, I removed them from the rockwool cubes, I didn't want to deal with possible air lock etc.

So, I'm asking if anyone with experience has any feeding time schedule suggestions for me?

I have flood set every hour during daylight 18/6 cycle. As I been monitoring them today, I noticed the hydroton drys quickly and without rockwool they will dry out.

Anyone? Anyone have any flooding advise times? Seems as if they are doing fine and growing, I just don't want to under water them because I removed the rockwool. So I have been flooding every hour. Plants don't seem to mind.

I Flood every 4 hours. I also get clones straight from dwc so the roots sit directly in the rocks. I dont have any issues. I bury them a bit so the rocks stay wet.

Hey thanks for the reply. I have my flood set for every hour, it seems to be doing pretty good. I'd like to set my floods at like every 2-4 hours but Idk if the plants will freak out? Being they are on a set feeding schedule? But yeah they are doing awesome atm. They must love the food! I'm changing nutrients every 7 days, figured I'd do this because they are getting fed every hour during daylight cycle only. I starve them on night cycle, then feed again when lights turn on.

When I transplant my clones under my hps I feed every hour for the first 24 to 48 hours. Then I go to every 2 hours for 5-8 days. Then when I switch to 12/12 I flood every 3 hours and once during the dark. That seems to work well for me, no droopy plants and no recovery time. Also when it's cooler I skip the dark feeding altogether.
