3 or 3,5k doesn't matter, both would work for flowering! The spacing depends on the number of strips and how hard you plan to drive them, which detemines the distance to your plants. Less harder driven strips would need more spacing, with more low driven strips it needs less spacings. The distance between the strips would be the min. distance for homogenious light distribution.

Arrow.com should have strips in stock only make shure they send them all in one package. They splitted my delivery into two diffent packages and for that reason I had to pay two times the settlement fee for dhl(2x 25€), custom fees stays the same because the values doesn't changed.

5 rows of single row strips at 1.05A. 250W total like I said.
Arrow ships from USA, right? Then I will go with Digikey as it's in EU.

Makes not a big difference to you. 19% VAT on digikey and 19% custom fees on Arrow. The only difference is the settlement fee for dhl/UPS, but when you save 25$ because of a 10% discount it would be the same.
And they often offer 10% discounts..
