Just buy some of those and wire them to 12v or 24v adapters. They can run between 9-48v. It is just as cheap and you can drive them at 100w or more or less or whatever you want. They get 150+ lm/w. Or more if pushed softer, plus they are actual cree/osram pcb. Just mount a pc fan to them.
