13 or 15 AMP extension cords for HLG 600-H V2?

I have two now with another on the way plus I may buy more. I need extension cords to reach the 8 socket box. Thanks.

Amps=Watts/Voltage

Don't run continuously at more than 80% of rating.

620/230 = 2.7 amps?

The extension cords packages also say 1375 or 1575 watts.

Trying to be extra careful because an employee burned up extension cords running space heaters once.

620watts/240V(technically)=2.58A

1375 x 80%= 1100 watts continuous
1575 x 80%= 1260 watss continuous

Only amatures use extention leads. Relocate the sockets or a fused spur.

Gimme half a day and a 8th of your best and ill have that mess sorted

Ive seen what happens when you cut corners. Its just another headline for the daily fail if it goes wrong.

12 x 16 rooms. The 8 socket switch box is on the outside using Hydrofarm 6" HPS reflectors migrating towards QB HLG 600H. hydrofarm has those long extension.

Are your drivers in the room or outside. Just extend the ac or dc wire on the driver.
