15 babies growing slow PICS!!

Alright i have 16 plants. 15 in organic potting soil and 1 in miracle grow nursery care soil and and the one i have in the miracle grow is about twice as bushy as the others can anyone tell me why they are growing so slow they are 30 days old from seed? In the first 2 pics thats the one plant i have in MG and the other 2 pics is 2 other plants i have in the organic soil.

I have 8 Northern lights and 3 mazar x Afghan and 5 clones and the one that is bigger is mazar x afghan but the other 2 m x a are the same size of the others in the organic soil.
