15 day old ,and growing strangely

Hi hope everyone is well, I have this 15 day old SCC seedling ,under 2 CFL bulbs in my veg area. I rotate it every 2 days so it has even growth or just superstition. But I have this weird thing going on,leaves growing over each other ,and one side has nothing.
Anyway here are the photos, I'm not worried I think it's a healthy plant ,but I just never saw this before. Thank you

I agree, it is either genetics or stress. I have had 2 and 3 pronged leaves grow from plants, and after the plant vegged/ regained health normal leaves grew.
