No i just me digtal (not the most reliable) but cheap don't know if there is any analog in 15 sec intervals

If you are handy you can make one pretty easily from a 555 timer chip
This one is set up for 20 seconds on, 20 minutes off. You can change the values of Ra and Rb to change the on/off timing.

"Repeat Cyle Timer" is what they are called in grow store catalogs.
They have two dials:
1) How often the cycle repeats (for example: every 5 minutes it turns on)
2) Length of cycle (for example: for 15 seconds)
