15 second interval timer

I want to hook up an auto feed. Does anyone know of a cheap cycle timer. One that will allow me to give 15 second feeds
 
If you are handy you can make one pretty easily from a 555 timer chip

This one is set up for 20 seconds on, 20 minutes off. You can change the values of Ra and Rb to change the on/off timing.
 
"Repeat Cyle Timer" is what they are called in grow store catalogs.

They have two dials:
1) How often the cycle repeats (for example: every 5 minutes it turns on)
2) Length of cycle (for example: for 15 seconds)
