150 watt hps 12/12 grow

What up rollitup. Its that time again. Time to start anew and grow a fresh new batch of weed. After my first time growing from start to finish I made some mistakes but learned a few things in the process. I hope I will be able to aply to this next grow.

This grow will be down 12/12 from seedling under a 150 watt hps supported by a few 26 watt cfls (I found that the anything in higher than 26 watts creates too much heat).

I planted 8 Seeds: 1 PPP Fem (The PPP seeds where exposed to light and may not be good anymore... we'll see), 2 unknown Kush (got from a friend that grows she dosen't remember what kind they are) and 5 Unknown bag seeds. I hope to at least get 4 females out of the bunch. So far just the 2 kush seeds have sprouted after 3 days the 5 unkown bag seed where just planted today and the PPP was planted the same day as the kush.

If i could make a suggestion: Wait until preflowers show before ya go 12x12 you will be much happier. They wont start to flower until then anyways and ya get a little bit bigger plant.

I too decided to start a 12/12 from seed and then realized that there was no point in stunting my veg time. However the good news for limited areas with 12/12 is that you get smaller plants. I did my veg at 16/8 with a 250W MH and switched to a HPS at 3 weeks then went to 12/12. I have 3 24" tall plants that are now flowering and looking good, however they stretched waaay too much during transition to SCROG them.

What up my niggas. Sorry I've been gone for awhile... I've been busy keeping up with life. But enough bullshit, lets talk marijuana. I planted Ten seeds, 2 unknown kush seeds i got from a friend and the rest various bag seeds i had saved from some good bud. Out of the ten seeds 2 Died and one of the kush seeds shell was stuck on it for a long time and now the plant is growing really slow. The good news is that all but one of the plants turned out to be female.

I transplanted 4 plants into bigger pots, 3 bag seed plants and one kush plant. The plants have been under 12/12 lighting since seedling. It's been about 30 something days for the kush plant and 20 days for the 3 bag plants.

I'm going to try to keep two plants in cups until they finish. I don't care if they die are don't produce much bud, I just want to see if it can be done.

So far all the plants are doing much better than my last grow. I can't wait to see how they turn out well here are some pics

check out my 150 watt grow and 12/12 from the start is what i did to one plant just to see and its tiny its got some bud maybe and 8th or a quarter but not as good as my otheres that i veged for a month
