oooh i see thats with light and reflector. Makes more sense, I thought it was 60 for just the ballast!

O hell no, it was really easy to make and put together for less than $60, it seriously took less than an hour.

I know, its just a bunch of wire cutting/stripping and soldering/capping. Once my friend (legal grower) gets back ima start my grow. Got the money and the plans, just gotta wait a little longer.
