150w HPS lamp in canada

Ok im looking to buy a 150w hps lamp... Does any1 know of a good place off the internet to get these that would ship to canada. im looking for an exclosed system with the ballast inside like the sun system modle. Looking for around $100 without a huge shipping cost

i got my 400w hps from these guys, they are based in vancouvar and mine got here in exactly one week. they ship free over 100 bucks so instead of paying 20 bucks for shipping you can get some nuets to bring your total up over 100 for free shipping

oh yeah and about how much does the hps lamp cost to run, like if i use it for flowering so 12/12, how much more would it put onto my electrical bil per month?

a grand total of jack shit..... the equivalent of running two average household incandecent bulbs for the same amount of time a month. my bill went up about five bucks a month once i started running mine 12-12

yeah ive got a few hydro shops in my city. Problem is with tax the light is 160$ and i know they over charge for everything in the store, ive seen a few on some sites for around 70-80 dollars and its the 150w sun system... any1 know a good internet site maybe that would carry one for around that price that does ship within canada

im running a 150w hps lamp 12/12 how much is it a month in the u.s.?? would you know if a GE 120w plant light with a blue tint work with the hps to flower?

A 150 watt hps has the ballast in the hood. if you want a remote ballast you have to build it yourself. I like this website, they have all the stuff you need to make one. I have a remotely ballasted 100 watt hps and a 100 watt mh that I made out of stuff they sell.

thanks mr boots haha looks like that is the cheapest with free shipping aswell, i dont like screwing with wires haha so ill probably just grip this one, thanks again

Try canadian wholesal hydroponics. I've dealt with them numerous times. And I would go for the 400 watt if I were you. It's about $40 more andonly uses about $60 a month on 24/7.
