16th day after switching to 12/12... it seems slow. Does she look right?

I will open the box in an hour or so and see how it is going and take some pics.

Ok.. still not much progress. Plant is starting to get a little tall... 
but I think I have room for a bit more growth. Have tied down as much as poss.. Now im sure it must be a female ... but still not seeing any signs of "buds" or may be im wrong but as its my first time im a bit clueless.....
May be ill have to turn this thread into a grow journal....
